2025-2026 Events Schedule 

Please read the following:

Non-Accounting Association and non-Beta Alpha Psi members are granted entry to TWO events per quarter. After that, membership will be REQUIRED to attend these events. If you would like to become a member, please apply here:
RSVP Links will be released one week prior to each corresponding event so plan accordingly. Please note that all attendees, including members, must RSVP in advance.

Gentle Reminder for Speaking Engagements (SE):
  • ALL events are business casual.
  • Nonmembers can attend up to TWO events for Free. AA/BAP membership is required to attend additional events!
  • The FIRST 15 minutes of the event are reserved for BAP members who have EARLY access to network with professionals.

​Are 🫵you guys ready for one of our biggest recruiting events of the year🗂️⁉️

Meet the Firms is a career 💼 fair style event in which students are open to network 🗣️professionally with various public and private accounting firms, professionals, and employers, as well as UCI’s MPAc program. 🙊

📆When: Tuesday, February 10th, 2026
⏰Time: 4PM - 7PM
📍Where: SB1 Lobby
👔Attire: Business Professional

This event is open to all UCI students — you do not need to be a member of AA or BAP to attend. ✨💖

Board Applications 


​Presenting... 2026-2027 Board Applications! Interested in joining our amazing board, building your professional network within accounting, and applying your skills? Look no further because being on board is the perfect opportunity for you.

Why should you apply for board? We are committed to bringing exciting opportunities to our members and want to connect UCI students to the accounting profession. Board members have a chance to develop deeper relationships with accounting firms while demonstrating their leadership skill. You can also add a leadership role onto your resume!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Applications are due Friday, February 13th, 2026, by 11:59PM.
  • Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, so we highly recommend scheduling an interview slot as early as possible.
  • If you are interested in applying for both Accounting Association Board AND Beta Alpha Psi Board, you should fill out both applications and make a note in the "Additional Comments" section below.

  • Career Fair - Meet the Firms is a career fair style event for UCI students interested in a career path in the accounting industry. Students will have a chance to meet and network with recruiters and professionals from a wide range of companies from the Big 4, mid-tier/regional, local and government organizations.
 
  • Alumni Panel - We are excited to invite our alumni to share about their experiences in accounting and future career goals. Learn about the different firms and service lines, post-college routes, work-life balance, and more!
 
  • Organization Kickoff - Learn about our accounting organizations here at UCI and what we do. Hear about the recruitment seasons and other activities we have in store for the year. Students have the opportunity to chat with our board and meet other members!​​

Fall ​


​Welcome back! Join us as we start off with our Fall Kick-Off and introduce who we are and our exciting events planned out. We host a plethora of speaking engagements before leading up to our biggest recruitment event of the year, Meet the Firms, an annual evening featuring dozens of distinguished firms. The event is a great opportunity to introduce yourself, network, and seek full-time and internship opportunities. 

Winter


​The new calendar year brings along a new recruiting season. Geared toward first- and second- year students, our events are centered around learning about firms' summer leadership programs. Our biggest event RISE, or Recruitment Information for Summer Experiences, is an event similar to Meet the Firms while Accounting Fest allows for intimate networking in a more casual environment hosted in our very own Merage Courtyard. 

Spring


​As the year arrives at its last few months, we continue to host speaking engagements to further enrich our community with knowledge in accounting firms and resources. Our biggest event of the year is Spring Banquet, a fun and formal night in which we celebrate students' achievements while hosting more opportunities to network with professionals over dinner. Scholarship recipients and the new board are also recognized.
