The Accounting Association Leadership Development Program, or AALDP, was established in 2013 and will be going into its eighth year of practice. AALDP strives to assist the new generation of students with an interest in accounting by matching students experienced with the recruiting process and the accounting field.

Participate in our special socials and bonding activities hosted through Fall and Winter Quarter.

Workshops with you in mind

Our student-led workshops are intentionally crafted to promote your professional development. Work alongside our team of mentors through the process of crafting the perfect resume and cover letter while also obtaining key skillsets to reach your desired result. Further enrich your knowledge of various topics such as different practice areas, internship recruitment and interviews, and CPA requirements.
